To complement the tasting notes of the 2008 vintage, Head Chef Daniel Puskas of 3-hatted restaurant Six Penny created a bespoke paired menu. Key luxury, lifestyle and food & beverage media enjoyed food with a focus on hazelnuts to compliment the flavour profile of the Champagne.
