To complement the tasting notes of the 2008 vintage, Head Chef Daniel Puskas of 3-hatted restaurant Six Penny created a bespoke paired menu. Key luxury, lifestyle and food & beverage media enjoyed an immersive dining experience with a focus on hazelnuts to complement the flavour profile of the Champagne - a perfect fusion of event production and culinary precision.
