Refund policy
We can offer an exchange or store credit note, valid for 3 months, if the products are returned within 7 days. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Please keep in mind we are a boutique business, and you are emailing with real people. We believe in treating each other with kindness for the best outcome. Eleven reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the above criteria, in the event of this, the item will be returned to the sender at their cost. We do not offer refunds unless a product is deemed faulty.
Please always check the product details on the website for specific care instructions. Eleven will not be liable for damage and can not be held responsible for the products in your care.
Simple Steps to Return

- Pack the Item: Safely package the item in its original packaging.
- Send It Back: Ship the item back to us for review.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your store credit will be processed and applied, or your exchange item will be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we are happy to refund or replace the item for you if it is deemed a product fault. Refunds are only issued in the event that we are unable to replace the item for you.
