Haléau’s world, set by the seaside. For the brand’s launch at Bannisters, we created an intimate “Pearl Palette” lunch overlooking the ocean.
Inside, the room was wrapped in soft white drapery, with a single, elongated table as the focal point. Layered white linens, sculptural shell candles, fine stemware and pearlescent accents brought Haléau’s clean, luminous aesthetic into the details. Each place setting held a napkin fold, handwritten card and a golden compact, resting as a small keepsake beside the plate.
On the terrace, Ruinart Champagne cooled in vintage buckets and was poured into shell-stemmed coupes to open a menu of oysters and seafood by Rick Stein. The launch felt like stepping into Haléau’s universe: refined, coastal and quietly radiant.
