To mark a new chapter — and a new home — for a professional services client, Eleven transformed their office and canteen into an immersive evening for the people who matter most to the firm.
The night centred on a live demonstration by Josh Niland, who deconstructed a whole fish from start to finish, answering questions as he worked. Nearby, decadent fridges stood open and on display, produce abundant yet considered — each detail deliberate.
One corner became a speakeasy, where lychee martinis were served from a bar dressed in folded chocolate fabric and burnished gold. Upstairs, guests were stilled by the ethereal sound of Jake Meadows playing a monumental gold harp. The bar above was anchored by a sculptural centrepiece — rosemary and orchids, massed together into something singular.
