This annual event, hosted at the iconic Australian landmark, the Sydney Opera House, featured a space designed with an explosion of colour, wild floral formations and rich textures.
In collaboration with the chefs at the Sydney Opera House, Eleven curated a series of interactive food stations that blurred the lines between culinary art and design. Organic formations of fresh produce and florals spilled across sculptural displays, each element carefully considered not just for its visual impact, but for its life beyond the event. Every natural component - whether edible or ornamental - was destined for donation, gifting, or reuse, ensuring beauty with purpose. Curved furnishings echoed the fluid forms of the installations, guiding guests through a sensory journey. The night finished with handcrafted ice cream from Messina.
