In a spectacular celebration of seafood, music, and coastal elegance, Bannisters Port Stephens hosted its annual event with Rick Stein, this year’s concept "Oysters & Orchestra".
Eleven transformed Rick Stein’s into a sea of metre long candles, styled in a mix of vintage silver and crystal vessels on every table, casting an intimate glow across the room. Each place setting was styled with personalised embroidered napkins and paired with a custom designed menu for the evening.
In a nod to the event’s coastal location and to Rick Stein's signature, Eleven commissioned for an 80kg tuna to be artfully deconstructed and frozen displaying the detailing of the fish.
The combination of Stein’s dishes and the live orchestral music created a multisensory experience that delighted guests throughout the evening.
