As Bannisters' ongoing events partner, Eleven Events conceptualised, designed and produced the hotel's annual celebration of Rick Stein at Bannisters Port Stephens.
That fleeting moment at sundown, when the horizon dissolves and warmth spills across the water. This year, that's where we began.
The evening was built around a single shift in light: the cool of the sea giving way to the amber glow of dusk. Guests arrived through a tunnel of ocean projections, drawn from deep blue toward the warmth waiting beyond.
Inside, sunset-coloured orchids held the palette and warm projected light washed the room, while the ethereal notes of a solo harp drifted through it all. Nothing loud, nothing extra. Just golden hour, held a little longer.
Eleven led the event end to end, from creative concept and spatial design through to floral direction, lighting and projection, entertainment curation, supplier management and on-the-night production. One vision carried through every detail, leaving the stage clear for the kitchen. Another year celebrating the culinary genius of Rick Stein.
